Which is the best way to use Attachments in PowerApps?

Hi I am Saikrishna C G, 

Can anyone help me in the below mentioned queries regarding using of Attachments in powerapps:-

1. Which is the best way to use for upload documents to Dataverse using Canvas app, is weather using Table attachment(Enabling Attachments in table) option or using File Datatype in the table.
2. If we use Attachments for multiple tables it will create multiple annotations(notes) or it updates in the existing annotation table one.
3. What happens when we upload multiple files in a single uploader(is it overrides or creates multiple lines for each one)?
4. What happens if we upload two files with same name but with different data? 
5. If we use Table Attachment option then how we can download uploaded documents from the table.

Hello @Saikrishna05,

1. If you have multiple attachment try using Notes

2. Yes if you attach Multiple Document it will create Multiple annotations

3. Yes, if you update multiple files it will create multiple files in Notes

4. It will create as NEW Record, because there is no Such validations, As per DV/Model Driven app its a new record. If you want to restrict write a plugin for the same

5. Add TimeLine in the entity there you can Download it. 

Note:

My Suggestion, Try using SHAREPOINT to store document and integrate DV/Model Driven app with SharePoint.

that will save DB Expand
