Hi @mssss ,

Yes, you need to create calculated or rollup field.

The formula that you showed is calculated field.

Please note that not all the fields can be used to calculate.

The available data types for the calculated field:

  • Single line of text

  • Option Set

  • Two Options

  • Whole Number

  • Decimal Number

  • Currency

  • Date and Time

After you create the field successfully,  choose it and select "open calculation".

Then you could define calculation in the pop-up window.

Formulas are not the same as in excel.

I suggest you try:  If ... equals ... and ...equals ...

Based on your mentioned formula, I think you need to limit fieldname, ID and value.

Here's a doc about how to define calculated field for your reference:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/dynamicscrm-2016/administering-dynamics-365/dn832...

If you want to know more about this kind field you could also refer this:

Hey @mssss

Can you share more details around this? Will it be done on a canvas app or a model driven app?

In case it is for canvas app, you can use the CountIf function. For more details, please refer: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/functions/function-table-counts

If you can share more details, we might be able to help you better.

Hope this Helps!
