Hello, 

I have created a new canvas app from a template that uses the Opportunity table in Dynamics 365.

it has three screens:

1 - View records,

2 - View a single record,

3 - Create a new record

I have added the Account lookup in the Screen 3 as well.

However, when I try to create a new Opp record and save, it throws an error:

What do I need to fix and how? Thanks in advance.

Hi @MinP,

You'll need to provide a value for the Potential Customer lookup column, which can be either an Account or Contact as its a special Customer lookup. If you search customerid in the maker portal, you can find the column I am referring to. See screenshot below.
