importation of datavers solution continues indefinitely

I'm trying to export a Dataverse solution to import it in another tenant.

 

I am able to export the solution successfully, but when I try to import it in the target tenant the message

"(SolutionName) solution is being imported"

appears. This message is not replaced by any error message. It remains, and the solution remains pending. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Check the History tab. The import may have quietly failed in the background.

Indeed, after checking the history I noticed none of my attempted succeded. So it came to my mind it might be a

permissions related problem, and the answer was yes, it was. After I have been granted the permissions everything worked out.
