Hello everyone, 

I have 5 custom applications in dynamics 365 customer service module. Each application has more than 10 user roles and i created teams for those user roles. Can i have any number of teams? Is there any better way to organize these user roles within dynamics 365?

Hi @varshinims08,

 

No limitation that I know of on the number of teams.  I assume you mean you are creating Owner Teams and assigning the roles to the Owner Teams in Dynamics.  

 

We have recently started utilizing the security group mapping from Azure AD to the Teams in Dynamics 365 which has really helped with allowing us to setup roles by our teams in Dynamics 365 and manage the users from Azure AD instead of manually assigning roles in Dynamics 365 or adding them manually to the teams.  Check out the following blog that discusses this in more detail, some really great advantages...
