TxtSync – Making Text Messaging Easier

What is TxtSync?
TxtSync has recently released a Flow connector to its global SMS services. Our aim is to provide you with the tools so that you can easily make SMS part of your business workflows. SMS is a customer’s preferred communication method. When used correctly, it’s a powerful way to improve your customer services communications by sending short, personalised and relevant notifications. Keeping your customers up to date no matter where they are! SMS boasts a 98% open rate so you can be sure your important messages will be read.


Triggers and Actions
As of writing, we have triggers for both inbound and outbound SMS. Our actions include that of sending out an SMS and contact management.


Our Commitment to the Community
TxtSync has worked with Microsoft in delivering this connector to the community. We are not going to drop the connector on the marketplace and leave it be. We want to make our connector the best there is for SMS. That means our connector needs to play nicely with all the other connectors! Pricing
It is free to signup to our SMS service and you only pay on-demand for the text messages you send. We provide free shared numbers that you can use, plus we give you free credit to get started with! Prices per SMS vary depending on the destination country. Our rates are competitively priced and can be viewed here.


Getting Started
We have created two guides, one for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the other for Salesforce. These guides show how you can use SMS to improve your customer support communication by sending out SMS when incidents are logged. The more you communicate to your customers, the greater the confidence, trust and perceived quality in your business or product.
