I create a basic List in Sharepoint.
The I use ClearCollect to create a collection of the Staff List in sharepoint.
When I check the Collections, I see some columns which I did not create in sharepoint.
Can I delete this hidden columns in sharepoint? Any impact on the data later on if I add more records to the Staff List in Sharepoint?
Those columns should be the system default columns to record the corresponding information, such as the ModifiedBy, CreatedBy, Author and the Title field.
To delete a column in SharePoint list, please review:
Lists and libraries contain required columns that can’t be deleted, such as the Title or Name. If the column can’t be deleted, the Delete button is not available. If you can’t delete a column, but you don’t want the column to appear in a view, you can hide it from the view.
