Do you think you could provide us with your session id and a screenshot of what is happening?
You can find your session id going to the menu and selecting session details.
Not sure what you mean by session id and which session id you are talking about.
Could you provide more details please ?
In the menu, there is a Session details option. If you click that, a dialog will pop up with a session id. If you could share that with us, that would be great.
First it will show error as play button. After sometime it will become black color. The same app works fine with IOS and other android phones.
We don't have any Huawei Mate 9 or P10. We tried this scenario on a Huawei Mate 10 Pro and the camera works fine. Are you still experiencing this issue?
If the issue still exists, you can try updating Android operating system to the latest version and see if that helps.
Can you also try running PowerApps on Chrome on the same device you have problem with? To do this, you need to uninstall PowerApps client from your device. After PowerApps client is uninstalled, open Chrome and go to this URL:
https://web.powerapps.com. Open the same app you have problem with and see if the camera works.
