Re: Use Icon/picture instead of rating control in powerapps

Are you saying that is the picture and when one of the stars are clicked you want it score that star?

If so I would use a picture without the stars and use the built in icon star.  Take your innovation row.  I would:

1. Place on "on visible to the view" or on the button that navigates to the view.  Set(VarStarInnovation,0)

2. I would then put one star on the form and:

a Set Borrder property to size 2

b set border fill to a color you like (lest say black)

c Set the colour property to a formul: If(VarStarInnovation=1,black,white)

d. set the onselect to Set(VarStarInnovation,1)

This will immediately show a star with a black border and white filling as VarStarInnovation is currently 0.  When tapped it will fill with black

Now copy that star and paste as many times as you like.

Cange the onselect to a new number

Then change the Fill VarStarInnovation to match the new number
