Error in Connecting Office 365 Outlook

Please I want to connect office 365 oulook but i get the an error as attached; "REST API is not yet supported for this mailbox. This error can occur for sandbox (test) accounts or for accounts that are on a dedicated (on-premise) mail server. clientRequestId: 649862d7-9fa7-4b86-a1dc-88203f645c86 serviceRequestId: fbfd9a91-9304-48f1-b6d7-8ad31a24092f"

Kindly help me.

Has this been resolved yet?

This can happen on (admin) accounts that doesn't have any (mailbox/exchange) license assigned to it.

So this was the case, no mailbox/license attached to it?

Yes. I thought the connector was part of Plan 1 Licesnse.
