Cannot Create PowerApps Portal in Trail Environment?

Issues:

Consider a Scinario, i have Customer Service/Sales environment available in My Dataverse Environment, No if i tried to create a new Portal Environment the system won't allow me to create, it will Ask for "Power Apps per user plan"

How we can Over Come from this Type of issue:

Implementation Steps:

Step 1: 

1. Navigate to https://admin.microsoft.com

2. Click Users

3. Open User (Logged in User)

4. Click Manage Roles --> make sure the user is having GLOBAL ADMINISTRATOR role.

Step 2:

1. Navigate to https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com

2. Open the Environment where you tried to create an portal

3. Open Opened --> Click settings at the top --> Click Users --> Make Sure the logged in user is Available there 

If Available :

1. Make sure user is having System Administrator Security Role

If Not Available:

1. Click New User

2. Provide User Email Address --> and Save the Record with System Administrator Security Role 

Try REFRESH the page to View the User.

Step 3:

1. Navigate to https://make.powerapps.com

2. Click Apps 

3. Click New --> Select Portal

it will show with COOKIES SYMBOL --> Click on that --> Then Click SITE NOT WORKING?

Then Select Allow Cookies

Once all the Above Steps done --> Clear all Cache Cookies --> and Close the Browser and Open again 🙂

That's it 🙂
