Access to Environment

Dear Community,

I just created a new environment, and assigned a security group to it. It's a large group with about 15000 users.
I imported my developed solution into that environment.  I shared my canvas app with All Users. Still the application will not launch. The solution contains one canvas app, and multiple flows, and some connection references. So no dataverse tables (not sure if that is relevant for this problem).
This solution was formerly in the default environment, then I migrated it to a DEV environment, did some changes, and now hoping the get this in the PROD environment. What am i missing? I hope I do not have to set all those 15000 users security roles manually?

Try to sign in to https://us.flow.microsoft.com/ and select the new environment. Then from the left Panel > Data > click Tables >> this will take to https://make.powerapps.com/  with the correct selected environment.
