Adding Custom Connector to DLP

I'm currently trying to add the custom connector required for the CoE audit log components to my DLP policies via PowerShell using this guide

I have an elevated Power Platform Admin role, which i have signed in to using PowerShell and am running PowerShell as an administrator, yet when i come to run commands such as get-dlppolicy i'm just getting the error message below, any advice would be much appreciated!
