Hi,
we are discussing the introduction of PowerApps and Flow in our company.
Are PowerApps and Flows subject to Data Retention Policies? Can DRPs be set that PowerApps or Flows are retained for a specified amount of time?
Best Regards
Solved! Go to Solution.
PowerApps and Flows aren't subject to a data retention policy, but they just manipulate the data stored in the data sources, they don't contain data themselves. You need to make sure that the data is maintained with a data retention policy and that an audit trail of any changes are maintained. The tool making the changes doesn't really enter into it.

Hi @redleo85 ,
Currently, PowerApps is not subject to a Data Retention Policy. But there are some Run duration and retention limits in Microsoft Flow.
More details about the Run duration and retention limits in Microsoft Flow, please check the following article:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/limits-and-config#run-duration-and-retention
Please check and see if above article would help in your scenario.
