ByPass PowerApps Consent

We are trying to bypass the consent in PowerApps using Powershell script. However, we are getting error (403) Forbidden. The app is currently shared to the user that we are using to login in Azure and is co-owner of the app. The user is also Dynamics365 admin but we are still unable to execute the script without having this error.

May I know what are we missing here?

Did you make sure to connect to the Power Apps environment where the app is first?
