There is a post from 2016 about not being able to "Share" a PowerApp with B2B guest users. This is now available in Power BI:
so I find it hard to believe that it's not available in Power Apps yet. However, when I try to "Share" with a B2B Guest user (they have a Office 365 E3 account and Power Apps license in their own tenant so it's not a license issue) I get an error "[Guest user email address] is not in your organization's directory", which makes no sense because I can see it in my list of users in my directory.
Do I need to give the Guest user some special access in my Azure Active Directory in order for share a Power App with them? Has anybody been able to successfully share with B2B Guest users?
If not, this really restricts the usefulness of Power Apps!

Has there been any commitement made to allowing for external users. We are using Azure B2B and would like to extend our applications out to a clients and associates.
An emploee of Microsoft asked me to write them personally with use cases for B2B sharing of PowerApps, which I did. She just wrote me back asking if I have further questions so I will try to get more information on when this will be availab.I have a lot of clients asking for it too!
I have a PowerbI dashboard that i published and shared with a Guest user. The dashboard has a powerapp visual within it. The powerapp never loads for the guest user. I suspect this is related to this thread as a limitation. Please advise on a workaround or timeline in which this will be available. Without this flexibility, I will not be able to offer a complete solution to my customers and may need to look to another vendor.
I have another example of business critical requirement for outside users to access applications.
I have created an app that allows dealers to view and purchase vehicles from us. As a company we provide finance to dealers and also sell the vehicles back to them. Although we are closely linked we are not the the same company, the dealers are franchises. I am unable to assign them company email addresses for security reasons. I want to use PA as I have been using for a couple of years but if this can’t been achieved I will be forced to use a platform like Out Systems.
Please help with and suggestions or timeline that outside users can be enabled,
