Hello. Currently in my personal tenant and on my customer's tenant the Developer Compliance Center Canvas App will not load anything with you just click the play button. If you edit the app and click preview then the data loads. Can someone please let me know how to fix this.

What is the "Developer Compliance Center" that you are referring to? Did you mean that you cannot click on the play button here?
Have you tested with other devices like mobiles?

I had the same issue in our tenant. I instead installed the regular COE solution (not the managed solution) and was able to edit and publish the app and it worked
