Create a list of all Power App developers based on all current apps available

I want to create a list (name, department and email) of all the users who have developed a Power App within my organisation. How can I do this?

I know I need some kind of Admin access (maybe even PowerShell) but any help on collating a list of current developers within my organisation would be appreciated?

A Power Automate Dev list would be good as well.

You can find it from the security and compliance center. Also you can establish COE for that.
