Delete Managed Solution Fails

I just want to delete a managed solution - but getting an ambigious message - with no details. Anyone know what I need to do? I attached the image of the error.

Finally got it to delete. Had to delete the app first then I could delete the solution. Microsoft - give more details in your error messages. Stop making us guess.
