Do staff need the "PowerApps for Office 365" license to use PowerApps forms

Hi,

I and creating a basic Powerapps canvas.

Staff will use the form as part of an approval process. Do they need the  "PowerApps for Office 365" license?

See screenshot..

Thanks for your time,

Ollie

Hi @Oliver_McErlane,

Yes the users will need the Power Apps for Office 365 box checked under their Office 365 license.

This allows them to use Power Apps that connect to Office 365 services.  It doesn't allow them to use Power Apps that access the Common Data Service or any other connectors outside of Office 365.
