Error importing solution: Your app needs permission to use for SQL Server

After import of solution from Dev, app is not accessible in UAT and Prod because of the error attached. Tried using unmanaged solution and add required components. SQL connections are also visible in the solution.
1. Getting error while importing the unmanaged solution in UAT Environment from Dev Environment.
Please find the below screenshot,

When click on Ask for access getting below message, when cx click on SQL Server Connection link it redirects the Default environment page.
Path: Dev Environment -> Solutions -> Select  Solution " Auditorium Booking" -> Export "Auditorium Booking App".
UAT Environment -> Solutions -> Select Import solution -> Browse " Auditorium Booking App" -> Imported successfully -> while playing the app and its getting error.

From your description, it doesn't look like the error is with the unmanaged solution or import process. Looking at the screenshot, this is as designed. The current users will need to "grant' access to the SQL Server connector because the authentication to this database is with the current user.

If your authentication is with a service account or SPN, set up the connection in UAT before importing the solution. Then the 1st time you import the solution add the connection reference to the solution and any subsequent imports, do not include the connection reference(s).

BTW it's strange you have 3 SQL Server connectors, have a look at your app and try to have just one by removing the other 2 and mapping the table from the existing connector.
