This function is to remove the pop up of connection permission sign. The only thing to note is the permission of your account. Your admin account must be using a role that is both the PowerApp publisher and an o365 Global Admin.
Have you ever been successful before? Can you share more of what you have done before using that command?
Could you confrim there is no problem with your account?

Could you solve the error? I've the same error exception: "Invalid JSON primitive: Access" when I try to get the PowerApps with the command: Get-AdminPowerApp logged as Global Admin account.
