Dear Team,
I'm attempting to explore the possibility of having user1@notmycompany.com actually be granted access to the PowerApp but also be able to read implicit data sources displayed on gallery and edit the data when required. If grows to be a heavy weight lighting then maybe not complete the documentation.
Please could someone tell me if sharing the PowerApp from internal to external users even outside of the context of the office365 internal active AD environment is possible? If yes any documentation on this possible portal between my org and the customers org. After that then, how would I now manage the permission as the User.Email() search and compare mode is this going to be a problem?
thanks!
Hello @vernchan this information can be helpful for you
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/share-app#manage-entity-permissions
@Yeiner , it appears I need the assist of the Azure AD admin to set the external users by default before having this enabled into all my apps?
