How can I see who, when and how a CDS was created?

Hello,

I'm facing the issue that 2 of my environments have since today a CDS.

If I check in the admin center, I see a "created" and a "created by" but the user was not even online this morning.

Where can I find this information?

thanks for your feedback. I found the reason for the creation:

If a user is "Environment maker" and creates an Approval Flow, a CDS is created automatically:

Hi @max81,

What information would you like to find? I would try getting in contact with that user to see if they create it. And I would review the role of your users in Office 365 to ensure only the required user have roles Power Platform Admin and Dynamics 365 Admin and also review the Environment Admin roles in Power App Admin Center:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/database-security#assign-security-roles-to-use...

Hope this helps....

The time doesn’t necessarily mean this morning the users time. Many things display in gmt.

see if there is any custom entities in there and or data created in there. That would be a good sign. Also the cds analytics at power platform admin center will tell you who has been using that environment

good catch--that is kind of weird, because you can use approvals without CDS.

what do you mean with “Approvals can be used”?

you can insert them in a flow but not really a usage until the CDS is created.
