Surprisingly, I'm having a hard time to find out what the best way is to convert my existing $40,- Power Apps per user plan into the new and cheaper $20,- plan.
Microsoft apparently isn't providing support to these questions, as I get the message that "my support plan does not include advisory".
Hope someone can tell me more on this. Do I just need to purchase a new subscription and cancel the old one? Do I then not run the risk of losing my Dataverse data? It also seems as if my current plan runs until mid 2022, not sure if I continue paying a monthly fee until then.
Thanks!

Hi @ErikvanB , I have just been through this process.
The new $20 licenses are actually a different SKU so you need to cancel the old one and buy a new one. What I did was…
1. Purchase a new Power Apps per User license
2. Make sure it appears in Office 365 and can be applied to a user.
3. Cancel the old licenses
