How do we know that Power apps , reduce the users workload?

As I know we can monitor who running the apps / using the apps, but not sure how can we utilize that it reduce the users' workload?

Are you trying to measure how much time an app saves a user compared to what they used to do before the app?

There's nothing built into the system for this.  You would have to manually calculate this by looking at how much time the task took before the app compared to how much time the same task takes now.  You could use Process Advisor to help you measure this
