The company I work for is huge. There are hundreds of PowerApps in the list. Is there I way that I can mark my 1 Power App as my favorite or pull it to the top of the list? In prior months I seem to recall I could only see my app and a few others shared with me, but now I need to sort through 100's just to find mine.
Not a big deal, just seems like there should be a way to see only my apps, or mark mine as a favorite.
Solved! Go to Solution.
On the tablet app you can mark apps as your favorite by clicking the ellipse and selecting favorite. You can then change view to only show favs. If you are in the browser app then you could click on the Owner column to sort them and scroll to you name.
Hi @andymc123 ,
Where do you want to see your apps list? In PowerApps portal (https://make.powerapps.com) or PowerApps Mobile App?
If you want to mark your Power App as my favorite or pull it to the top of the list in PowerApps portal (https://make.powerapps.com), I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs currently.
If you want to mark your Power App as my favorite within PowerApps Mobile App, I think it could achieve your needs. You could open PowerApps Mobile App from your Mobile device, then find your canvas app there.
1. Find your canvas app which you want mark as "Favorite".
2. Click "Menu" option (...) at right side of the app, then click "Favorite" option:
3. Then you could switch App category from "All Apps" to "Favorite" as below:
then your favorited apps would be listed there.
I think that was the case, something wrong with the view. I was referring to the list I see in the web browser, and now it is back to just showing the 1 app I own, and the 3 shared with me. Not sure why I saw 100's the other day.
