Issues Accessing User Power Apps Workspace as a guest

Hello All,


I am having issues accessing a customer PowerApp Workspace. I do have an invite from the customer PowerApp space but every time I click on it I get an Error. But 2 weeks ago access was working just fine





I tried the following steps with no success

  • getting removed then re-added to the space
  • login on different browser (Edge instead of Chrome)
  • changing my Azure active directory
  • adding 2 factor authentication to office 365 accounts
  • creating a separate outlook address to get added to the space

Other vendors using the same space have no issues with access. At this point I am out of ideas, and the customer is pressuring me to get it resolved. Any input would be appreciated
