Power Automate trigger https plus authentication

Hello guys!
I have one more question -
i want to make a PowerAutomate to start when a HTTP request is received on the endpoint it creates. But i also need to authenticate the client app - i am aiming at Using openauth2 as it seems native to the Power/Azure platform.

The client app will be some java-firing or actual Azure Proxy app.

My plan so far is:

Register the app in my AAD tenant, send them the URI with token and then what?

How to proceed?

Thank you!

You will need to set up your Flow so that it will trigger when an HTTP request is received. Once the request is received it should fire off regardless of the information that you are sending it. Are you also trying to pass specific data into the flow? I am not certain where the confusion is from here. You can always create a Microsoft Support request if you are trying to do something specialized. I will include a link below; if you would like to go down that route.

If you would like to create a ticket with Microsoft Customer Support here is a link on how to do so:

Basically I want to include OAuth2 authentication in the "When a HttP request is received" trigger so the incoming request will be authenticated with OAuth2, otherwise the Flow will not start. Hope this makes it clearer 🙂
