Hello and thank you in advanced.
We have two PowerApps that have been moved from our Default environment to a Production environment. Both apps use standard connectors (eg SharePoint Online lists, Office profiles, email interaction) and features, nothing requiring a Plan 1 or 2 license. Although the creator(s) have Plan 1 licenses for other purposes.
The apps have been shared with an Office security group containing all the users. For additional testing I shared one of the apps directly with one of the users.
In addition we added the security group to the environment role of Environment Maker (I believe this isn't necessary, in theory).
When using the PowerApps via web interface the user group can access them without any issue. Only when using with the mobile PowerApps app are they prompted to Start a free PowerApps premium trial.
All users have PowerApps for Office 365 as part of their Office and / or Teams existing license.
Please advise if you know how we can resolve this. There is nothing I've seen or read to indicate this is standard behaviour.

Do you mean it works fine in PC and the issue exists on mobile app?
Could you please share the screenshot of the issue?
And could you please reference this?

I have had the same issue the last couple of days. I am however, using http flow connectors on some of my apps, but not for all. I have a Flow plan 2 license myself and did not have any issues on my Android and noone had issues on web, but everyone else using Iphones (did not check with Android users) got the "Start a free premium trial" message for all apps on the production environment.
I tried to move one app over to the default environment and that removed the message. I then moved all apps (and flows) over to the default environment which seems to work fine.
A couple of question I believe will puzzle many creators if not answered as I can't find good answers to them when checking PowerApps and Flow license white papers:
Works fine on PC (web browser), also fine on a mobile device web browser. It's the PowerApps app that is causing teh issue.
Screen shot attached from mobile device.
I've previously seen that article, there was nothing there that helped me understand why this is happening. I'm confirming again with the team but we aren't aware of any features used that would require a premium license.
Even if there was, that wouldn't explain why the app works in a browser but not on the app. And per @roli_ experience, for us too it works in the Default environment for all our users.
Happy to submit a ticket, wanted to check here first in case anything obvious I missed.
