Restrict Development by Group or Role?

How are individuals in large organizations restricting development access to PowerApps in regards to regulating EUC? We obviously have to enable individuals so the can use a Power App, but certainly don't want particular individuals creating business critical applications that are not change managed.

You can use different environments to split up the app development into different "containers".  Then use the Common Data Service (CDS) security roles to limit who can do what in each environment.

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

Do you want to restrict some individuals to access PowerApps?

 

Based on the needs that you mentioned, I agree with @HSheild 's thought almost. I think the Security Role in PowerApps Environment could achieve your needs.

 

On your side, you could consider assign proper security role to individual user within current PowerApps Environment, to control the user's access in current Environment.
