Set default app for a user

Is there a way to set the default app for a user upon login?

 

I checked the below but I guess it applies to older versions.

Hi @Mira_Ghaly ,

 

Power Apps and Dynamics apps will be moved to the Office 365 apps page (https://www.office.com/apps) with all the other apps so that everything is in one place.
