I have an SPO Subsite with access given only to approvers. I creating an app where the approvers can approve from the app. Would like to know if the permission given to the limted members of the subsite will also be integrated automatically to the powerapp. Hence even if someone went to the intranet page/app they wont be able to see the gallery/items as they don't have access permission.

Hi @yellowsubmarine ,
The answer to your question is YES. If the end users want to use your shared app to access your Subsite resource, they must have enough permission to access your Subsite resource.
Actually, when you share an canvas app with other users in your Org, you should also share your app resource (e.g. datasource) to them. If you do not share your data source to them, when they run your app, they would not see the data source records in Gallery due to no access permission.
