Hi @Anonymous 🙂

  1. I have Microsoft 365 E5 license with PowerApps for Office 365 what are limitations for me?
    1. Can't use premium connectors, custom connectors and data gateway.
    2. Can't run Portals and Model Driven app.
    3. Can't use Common data service.
  2. Can i use SQL server or excel to store data free or i need another license?
    1. Excel is considered as standard connector you can use with Office 365 license. Also Sharepoint is catalogued as standard connector.
    2. SQL is a premium connector and you will need to buy Power Apps per User or Power Apps per App license.
  3. Can sharepoint list store more than 500 rows?
    1. Yes you can up to 30 milions records. Also if you have more than 5.000 items you may have problems in the view, so you will need to do deep filters.

I hope that is useful! If you have more doubts let me know 🙂
