Users have E3 license assigned and activated but are still being prompted for Trial

My flow and app are not utilizing any premium connectors and I have the user's E3 licenses assigned and activated (screenshot attached).  Users are still being prompted for a trial license and for the life of me I can't figure out why.  The only data source is SharePoint Online and am not linking into any other data sources and don't have any premium connector actions.  Any idea to why users are still being prompted for a trial and how do I make it stop?

I don't think the flow free license makes sense for your case, it has fewer features than Office365E3 license for Power Automate, please check this (early license version).Snipaste_2020-05-13_10-19-59.png

 

I find that If you use custom responses in Approval action, you will require a premium license. This is why you are prompted for Trial. (Although it is not stated in MS DOC.)

However if you only use common responses, the flow will not require a Premium license.

Hi @Anonymous ,

If you have been assigned the E3 license and enable the PowerApps License, the PowerApps should be available if you don't work with any Premium connectors.

1. Make sure No premium connectors in Data Source, ex: SQL, CDS, On-Premise Gateway

2. Check the account info in PowerApps, Maybe it is hooking up with the wrong session / account if you have multiple accounts.

3. Clear browser cache or Change another browsers 

If the issue still exists, please consider submit a Support Ticket.

@v-siky-msft  Thank you for the reply!  My app is relatively simple and only captures a couple of text inputs and utilizes the create file action to create a file within a document library.  There is an approval flow which is triggered when the item is submitted, does the approval action count as a premium connector?  I know that all the data is stored in CDS, but I was under the impression that only actions such as actually querying CDS were premium?  I was reviewing the licensing differences between users who had opted in for the trial and noticed they were all added to the Microsoft Power Automate free license (screenshots attached).  Do all the users need to be added to this license as well besides the PowerApps and Flow license through E3?
