Which Power Apps license and how many should I purchase for an app with acess for users from outside organisation?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, if not, please help direct me to the correct place.

Currently I have an app that's like data collection form. This app needs to be accessible to at least 50 users from outside my organisation.

Which power app plan/license should I purchase and how many licenses should be purchase for this scenario?
