app is not visible after custom managed solution deployment - why?

Hello,

I have unmanaged solution "solution1" including 1 app - "App1" and two flows "Flow1" and "Flow2" in "Environment1" - I then exported "solution1" as a managed solution and deployed into another environment "Environment2", however  after the deployment I can see "Flow1" and "Flow2" working, but "App1" is not visible/deployed under "Apps" in "Environment2".

Can anyone please help me the reason behind invisibility of "App1" in "Environment2" ? How can I make "App1" visible in "Environment2"?

There is another threat on the same issue. Looks like its some kind of a bug.

Cannot play a canvas app after importing it from a... - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

Only option seems to export it manually.
