A value of calculated field on CRM does not display on Portals.

Author Name: Akihiko Matsuyama

In certain cases Portals does not show value on the calculated field while it is shown correctly on CRM. It would be nice that field on Portals behave as same as CRM and shows value correctly on Portals. #Symptom: A value of calculated field on CRM does not display on Portals. #Repro Step: 1. Create calculated field (DIFFINMINUETS,The built-in function) in CRM which show the difference in minutes between two Date and Time fields. Title: Define calculated fields URL: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn832103.aspx 2. Create "entity form" in CRM which shows the calculated field which created step1. 3. Put test date and time value to two Date and Time fields and let the calculated field calculate it. 4. See the result. # Actual result In Portal, the calculated field shows blank when the value is other than "option value" of Source element. In CRM, the calculated field shows calculated value correctly whatever the value is minutes. # Expected result In Portal, the calculated field SHOULD show calculated value correctly whatever the value is minutes.
