Ability to judge Portal or Dynamics 365 (Online) where it's updated from

On [Settings] - [Auditing] - [Audit Summary View], customers check update and create history. Currently, it's unclear for users to distinguish Portal or Dynamics 365 (Online) where it's updated from. It would be better if filtering to judge where it's updated from is implemented.
