Active Directory synchronization with CRM

When I change the job title, department and phone number in Active Directory I would think that Microsoft would give us the opportunity to synchronize this information with Microsoft CRM 4.0. Now the suggestion is to make all kind of difficult imports.

I agree with Peter that this would be a desired option for a lot of our customers. This would also show the benefit of keeping a tidy AD directly in CRM without any manual actions

I agree with this to. This has become a large discussion among the larger organisations who have 500+ users, but i would presume this would be the same for any organisation running AD

Thanks for the suggestion. We have heard similar feedback from other folks and are considering this functionality for a future release of CRM.
