Add OnHover action on Elements

It would be great if we can add a "OnHover" action on a button, labels, ..., so we can control other elements through this hovering.

I had a requirement in which the fill color needs to be change on hover activity. i have added HoverFill, But when i hover on child elements HoverFill was disappearing which was looking very ugly.  i came up with workaround for this by making child element's displaymode as view which is solved my problem.
