Add a Connection Manager to Plugin Registration Tool (SDK)

The earlier versions of Plugin Registration Tool had the ability to store different connections and it was very useful when you work with different organizations.

The current version asks to provide every time the deployment type, region/server, username and password and it only stores the latest info used.

A connection manager in order to save (at least) the deployment type, region/server and the username will improve the usability of the Plugin Registration Tool.

Agreed - this is a little frustrating! (I think it is the same for Data Migration Utility?)

Please also fix that the assemblies and entities are ordered by the NAME in the overview!
