Add a Go To Top/Bottom Gallery Command

A Gallery is not fully populated until you scroll to the bottom of the Gallery. I've read a lot of posts where users want a way to Go To Top of a Gallery but a Go To Bottom, so that the Gallery would fully populate, is also needed.
