'All apps' as default list when opening PowerApps for first time

Currently when new users log into PowerApps for the first time via mobile device, they are presented with the Microsoft sample apps instead of those shared by their organization. It requires the additional step to switch the view to 'all apps' for them to see the org apps. While this is a simple step, it causes some unnecessary confusion.
It would be much better if it was possible to change the initial view to show 'all apps' instead of 'sample apps' when users login for the first time!
In the thread below, it was indicated that to remove sample apps, they need to be removed altogether rather than being hidden. I would like to keep access to them though... just want to customize what users see upon first launch.
