Allow Ability to define field data types for AI Builder Form Processing Models

We're currently using the AI Builder Form Processor to read some handwritten forms and it's mostly doing a decent job of it, though sometimes the AI reads an 8 as a B or a / as a 1

I think if we were able to tell the AI the type of data to expect in a given field it could be even more accurate based on context.

IE  if it's see 21412021 in the date field maybe it would more reliably change that to 2/4/2021

Good news! We're planning for the ability to define data types for fields in AI Builder Form Processing models for the 2021 Release Wave 2.
