Allow to show and use the CDS fields of type "File" from Portal entity forms and web forms

Hi Community !

The new "File" field type has been provided in the CDS to allow uploading files directly into entities' fields but today there is no way to expose those fields in a Portal.

The idea: in Portal entity forms and web forms, allow to display and use the CDS fields of type "File".
