Can you explain the scenario further? What is the goal of the OnRecognized Event and how will it improve your experience please? Screen shots are also helpful.
Thank you for your continued feedback and clarifications,
here we using barcode readers for business processes.
so a device must read all common barcodes (a list of selected types, not just one)
for packaging, the outer packaging (crate) and the looseparts have a barcode.
the task is to scan the crate once and then all looseparts, it get a link and
new status in database.
if the image reader recognizes a barcode i need a event for starting a (defined/selected) process.
the end-user shall start scanning, via button, move the handy over the barcode, a event must come,
i will play a beep as feedback and he move the phone over the next loosepart barcode.
in the end you have a list 1-x for process data.
it is not the user task to compare the real label with the image reader output.
the main task is similar a command .GetID() = read barcode and return result
