Bootstrap support for advanced theming

Our customers in the luxury have high expectations for the UI. Integrating advanced theming with something like Boostrap would make a world of difference and great looking apps.

I've done similar, adding a CSS-like feature to my apps, https://davidlozzi.com/2018/02/21/custom-style-sheets-for-powerapps-pseudo-css/. Not bootstrap, but could copy it I guess.
