Browse Gallery Template On Select

I wish be able to touch the template in a Browse Gallery and make an action On Select (TemplateOnSelect). The Option is not available and I think it would be nice have it. My app would then look like nice iOS apps like Outlook for iOS, when you touch a Template, it opens that item (email). 

How about swipe?
