COE Feature listing System Administrators of the Environment

It would be a good feature to have if there is a flow in COE - which can list the System Administrators of the environments.

Even a built-in feature in the Power Platform Admin center to have the ability to quickly export all users assigned the system administrator role in an environment or all environments.
